As each product is unique and made with care, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

JHAROKH creation is individually crafted and made-to-order with intricate workmanship.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Request Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please make a opening video of the product and share it to us on email along with the other details mentioned below within 48 hours of delivery. Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange a free return pickup for the damaged/defective product(within India).

Eligibility: For damage and size issues, order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Exchange Type: Only size exchanges are possible. We currently do not offer color or product exchanges. For size exchanges, you’ll need to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Return details will be provided by our team.

How to Initiate: To initiate an exchange, send an email us at "info@jharokh.com" mentioning, the below details:-

3.	Reason for Exchange
4.	Attach the opening video, clear images(If damaged/defective product recieved)
5	New product and size requested
6.	Date of order

Withing 24 hours, we will review your email request and respond as soon as possible.
Once your exchange request is approved, please ensure the following:

The product is unworn and unused.
All original tags and labels are intact.
No alterations have been made to use the margin provided in the product.
The product is returned in its original packaging.

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with such issues reported beyond this timeframe.
