Once you place an order on our website, please allow up to 2 business days for confirmation. As we work through our Shopify-powered platform, this brief window helps us verify details and ensure everything is set for a smooth processing experience.
Order Processing:
After your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. Our team carefully prepares and inspects every piece to maintain Jharokh’s standard of quality and craftsmanship.
Shipping:
Once processed, your order will be dispatched through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 days, depending on your location and courier service availability. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to assist with cancellations under the following conditions:

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.

A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and administrative charges.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process cancellations once the order has been confirmed and moved into production.
